Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using National Processing's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

National Processing provides mobile app development, web development, website maintenance, and SEO services. Specific terms for each service will be outlined in individual project agreements.

Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in your project agreement. Generally:

• Deposits are required before work begins
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Late payments may incur additional fees
• All prices are in EUR unless otherwise stated

Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain rights to any pre-existing materials, frameworks, or code libraries used in development.

Warranties and Limitations

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable care and skill. However, we cannot guarantee specific business results, search rankings, or user behaviors.

Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms and any applicable refunds or fees will be specified in your project agreement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes will be resolved in Maltese courts.
