Why a dedicated Salesforce practice?

Some Malta businesses run Salesforce — and a lot are under-using it. Stale data, dead Marketing Cloud journeys, integrations that broke after the last Salesforce release, dashboards nobody trusts. We've seen it all, and we fix it.

National Processing is a small, senior team. We don't have a 200-person delivery factory — we have the people who actually do the work. You talk to the consultants, the developers, and the data engineers. No middle layer, no hand-offs to a junior you didn't meet.

Whether you need a Marketing Cloud send-out for next week, a Jitterbit integration that won't fall over at 2am, or a full CRM data migration from HubSpot or Dynamics, we've done it.

The short version

  • Salesforce admin, config, and Flows
  • Marketing Cloud (SFMC) & Pardot / MCAE
  • Jitterbit Harmony & custom API integrations
  • Data migration, cleansing, dedupe, modelling
  • Tableau CRM / CRM Analytics dashboards
  • Ongoing retainer support

What we do, end to end

Three connected disciplines — Marketing Cloud, Integrations, and Data — that together turn Salesforce from a CRM you log into into a system your business actually runs on.

Marketing Cloud & Pardot

Email Studio, Journey Builder, Audience Studio, Advertising Studio, MobileStudio, and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot). We set it up, we build the journeys, we send the campaigns — and we teach your team to own it after.

  • SFMC implementation & account setup
  • Journey Builder orchestration
  • AMPscript, SSJS, SQL Query Activities
  • Pardot / MCAE lead scoring & grading
  • Sender authentication (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
  • Campaign execution as a service

Integrations & iPaaS

Salesforce doesn't run your business in isolation — it has to talk to your ERP, your e-commerce platform, your finance system, your helpdesk, and the bespoke tools you built five years ago. We connect all of it, with Jitterbit Harmony, REST/SOAP APIs, or platform events.

  • Jitterbit Harmony implementation
  • Salesforce ↔ ERP / finance sync
  • Salesforce ↔ Shopify / WooCommerce
  • Custom Apex REST & SOAP services
  • Platform Events & Change Data Capture
  • Error handling, retries, monitoring

Data Work & Reporting

Dirty data is the silent tax on every Salesforce org. We migrate, cleanse, dedupe, model, and report — so the people looking at dashboards are making decisions, not arguing about whose number is right.

  • CRM data migration (HubSpot, Dynamics, Sugar, spreadsheets)
  • Dedupe, normalisation, data quality rules
  • Custom objects, fields, and record types
  • Tableau CRM / CRM Analytics (Einstein)
  • Reports, dashboards, scheduled snapshots
  • GDPR data subject access & deletion flows
Pillar 1

Marketing Cloud (SFMC) that actually sends.

Marketing Cloud is a beast. Most orgs use 10% of it and call it underwhelming. We build the other 90% — the data extensions, the SQL queries, the journeys triggered off real behaviour, the AMPscript that personalises at scale, and the reporting that proves it worked.

If you've inherited a half-built SFMC account, we can audit it, clean it up, and hand back something your team can actually run.

What we ship in a typical SFMC engagement

  • Account setup — business unit structure, sender authentication, IP warming plan
  • Data model — contact builder data extensions, attribute groups, shared data model
  • Journeys — welcome series, abandoned cart, re-engagement, post-purchase, win-back
  • Content — email templates, dynamic content blocks, AMPscript personalisation
  • Automation Studio — scheduled SQL, file drops, API events, multi-step workflows
  • Tracking & attribution — Web & Mobile Analytics, Journey Builder entry/exit events
  • Deliverability — sender score, bounce management, suppression lists, handoff to your ESP if needed
  • Handover — admin training, runbook, and a 30-day post-launch support window
Pillar 2

Integrations that don't break on the next release.

Three Salesforce releases a year. Every one of them has the potential to silently break an integration someone built in 2019. We build with that reality in mind — proper error handling, retry logic, monitoring, and a documented failure mode that doesn't page you at 2am.

We're heavy on Jitterbit Harmony because it's the most cost-effective iPaaS for Salesforce-native teams, but we also work with MuleSoft, Workato, and bespoke REST/SOAP APIs when the situation calls for it.

For a deeper look at how we run integration projects end-to-end, see our Salesforce & Jitterbit Integration service page.

Common integrations we build

  • Salesforce ↔ ERP — accounts, invoices, payments (SAP, NetSuite, Odoo, Dynamics BC)
  • Salesforce ↔ E-commerce — orders, inventory, customers (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
  • Salesforce ↔ Finance — Stripe, Mollie, BOV APS, HSBC, Revolut Business feeds
  • Salesforce ↔ Marketing — HubSpot, Mailchimp, Marketo, GA4, Segment
  • Salesforce ↔ Helpdesk — Zendesk, Intercom, Freshdesk, Jira Service Management
  • Salesforce ↔ Custom — bespoke internal tools, legacy SOAP services, FTP/SFTP file drops
  • Salesforce ↔ Data warehouse — Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse
  • Platform Events — pub/sub for real-time, event-driven architecture
Pillar 3

Data work, not data theatre.

A pretty dashboard is worthless if it's based on dirty data. We do the unglamorous work that makes every other Salesforce investment actually pay off: data migrations that don't lose records, dedupe that respects your salespeople's ownership, GDPR flows that survive an audit, and a reporting layer people trust.

If you've ever stared at a Salesforce report and thought "I don't believe this number" — that's the problem we fix.

Data engagements we run

  • CRM migrations — HubSpot → Salesforce, Dynamics → Salesforce, Sugar → Salesforce, spreadsheets → Salesforce
  • Data cleansing — dedupe, normalisation, address verification, email validation
  • Data modelling — custom objects, fields, record types, page layouts that scale
  • Salesforce Data Cloud — unified customer profiles, calculated insights, segment activation
  • Tableau CRM / CRM Analytics — datasets, lenses, dashboards, SAQL recipes
  • Reporting — report types, joined reports, scheduled reports, dashboard subscriptions
  • GDPR & compliance — DSAR flows, right-to-be-forgotten, consent tracking, audit trails
  • Data ops retainer — monthly hygiene, monitoring, and continuous improvement

How a Salesforce engagement starts

01

Discovery

30–60 minute call. We learn what you're trying to achieve, what your org currently looks like, and where the friction is. We tell you honestly whether a project makes sense or whether a 2-day fix is enough.

02

Scope & Quote

Fixed-fee or time-and-materials proposal, with clear deliverables, timeline, and what's in/out of scope. No mystery change orders. You sign off on the work, not the hours.

03

Build & Iterate

Work happens in your sandbox (or ours). You see progress weekly. We demo as we go, not at the end. If something isn't going to work, you hear about it the same day we figure it out.

04

Deploy & Handover

Production deployment, admin training, runbook, and a 30-day post-launch support window. We don't disappear after go-live — and we offer ongoing retainers for the things you don't want to own in-house.

Who hires us for Salesforce work

We work with a mix of in-house teams that need extra hands, agencies that need a Salesforce partner, and businesses that don't want to hire a full-time Salesforce admin or Marketing Cloud specialist.

  • In-house marketing teams who need a SFMC practitioner for a quarter
  • Sales / RevOps leads who inherited a messy org and need it cleaned up
  • Agencies that deliver Salesforce work for clients but need senior hands
  • CTOs & IT directors rolling out Salesforce alongside an ERP or e-commerce platform
  • iGaming operators in Malta with strict GDPR and player data needs
  • Financial services & fintech integrating Salesforce with core banking
  • Tourism & hospitality groups with multi-brand customer journeys
  • B2B SaaS companies moving from HubSpot to Salesforce at scale

Frequently asked questions

It depends on scope, but as a rough guide: a focused Marketing Cloud journey build starts around €4,000. A Jitterbit integration is typically €6,000–€18,000. A full CRM migration with dedupe and reporting is €15,000–€40,000. We always send a fixed-fee quote after a discovery call — no open-ended hourly billing.

Yes. We regularly come in as a specialist alongside a client's existing implementation partner. We'll sign whatever NDA and MSA you need, and we'll keep them in the loop on architectural decisions that affect the wider org.

Yes — we do campaign execution as a service. We'll do an initial audit (one week) to make sure the data model and account structure are sound, then we run your sends, journeys, and reporting on a monthly retainer. This is one of our most popular engagements for Malta marketing teams that don't have a full-time SFMC person.

Yes — we've migrated clients off HubSpot, Dynamics 365, SugarCRM, Pipedrive, and a few homegrown CRMs. We don't just dump data in; we map your actual sales process, redesign the object model where it makes sense, and only then move the records. Most migrations are 6–10 weeks end to end.

Both. We have monthly retainers for ongoing admin, Marketing Cloud execution, integration monitoring, and data ops. We also take on one-off project work. The retainer is usually a better fit once you've got a Salesforce org you actually depend on.

Yes. As a Malta-based consultancy serving EU clients, GDPR is a default, not an add-on. We build data subject access request flows, consent tracking, right-to-be-forgotten handling, and audit trails into every org we touch. We're also experienced with the Salesforce EU operating zone and the new Data Cloud residency options.

Malta. We can work on-site for kickoffs and key workshops across the islands, and we work remotely the rest of the time. For EU clients outside Malta, we work fully remote with regular video calls and shared Slack/Teams channels. Your data stays in your Salesforce org — we don't copy it to local machines.
