Salesforce Integration Services
Turn your CRM into the central nervous system of your business — not just a really expensive rolodex.
Integration Roadmap
What Is Salesforce Integration? (And Why 'Click-to-Connect' Is Usually a Trap)
Salesforce integration connects your CRM with other business systems — ERPs, marketing automation platforms, support desks, billing systems, data warehouses, and more. The goal is simple: stop manual data entry and keep everyone working from the same truth.
But here's what vendors won't tell you: most pre-built connectors only handle happy-path scenarios. They break when fields don't match, when APIs rate-limit you, or when a record is locked in one system but updated in another. Real integration handles the messy 20% — conflict resolution, field-level transformations, retry logic, and audit trails.
Bi-Directional Sync
Keep Salesforce and external systems in constant agreement
Data Governance
Rules, permissions, and audit trails you can actually enforce
Real-Time & Batch
Choose the right speed for every workflow
When to Integrate Salesforce (And When to Pump the Brakes)
Integrate Salesforce When...
- Sales needs real-time inventory from your ERP to quote accurately
- Marketing sends leads from HubSpot/Marketo but gets no feedback on conversion
- Support tickets in Zendesk or Service Cloud need full account context
- Billing data from Stripe, NetSuite, or SAP must sync to closed-won opportunities
- You're tired of "the spreadsheet of truth" living outside Salesforce
Hold Off When...
- No one owns data quality (integration amplifies bad data)
- One of the systems is being decommissioned within 6 months
- Your Salesforce instance is already a swamp of conflicting custom fields
- You're hoping integration will fix a broken sales process (it won't — it automates it)
- Security and compliance reviews haven't happened yet
We offer a free integration readiness assessment before any paid work. No upsell. Just honest advice on whether Salesforce integration solves your real problem.
Our Salesforce Integration Toolkit: APIs, Middleware, and Hard-Earned Lessons
We're not married to a single integration platform. We use the right tool for each job — whether that's Jitterbit, MuleSoft, Workato, custom Python on AWS Lambda, or Salesforce's own Platform Events. What matters is reliability, maintainability, and speed.
Technical Capabilities
- Salesforce APIs: REST, SOAP, Bulk, Streaming, Platform Events
- Middleware: Jitterbit, MuleSoft, Workato, Boomi, Celigo
- Custom Code: Python, Node.js, Java on serverless or containers
- Data Transformation: Field mapping, deduplication, aggregation, lookup tables
- Error Handling: Retry policies, dead-letter queues, Slack/email alerts
Systems We've Connected to Salesforce
- ERPs: NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica
- Marketing: HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, Mailchimp
- Support: Zendesk, Intercom, ServiceNow
- Billing: Stripe, Zuora, Chargebee, QuickBooks
- Data Warehouses: Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift
Real-World Salesforce Integration Use Cases
Challenge: Leads in HubSpot. Opportunities in Salesforce. Payments in Stripe. Fulfillment in NetSuite. No single team had full visibility.
Solution: Real-time integration that pushes MQLs from HubSpot to Salesforce, syncs opportunity stages, sends quotes to Stripe, and pushes fulfillment data back to Salesforce. Sales now sees payment status without logging into three systems.
Challenge: Support tickets in Zendesk needed account history from Salesforce. Engineering bugs in Jira had no link to customer impact.
Solution: Bi-directional sync: Zendesk pulls Salesforce account tier and past cases. When support escalates to engineering, a Jira issue is auto-created and linked. Status updates flow back to Zendesk. Support reps stop chasing devs for updates.
Challenge: Global accounts had different names, IDs, and hierarchies across Salesforce (CRM), SAP (ERP), and Snowflake (analytics). Reporting was impossible.
Solution: A master data management (MDM) layer that matches and merges records, then syncs a golden record back to all systems. Sales sees SAP customer IDs. Finance sees Salesforce opportunity IDs. Everyone trusts the numbers.
These are not hypotheticals — we've delivered every one. The common thread? Multiple systems, messy data, and the need for reliability over speed.
Our Salesforce Integration Process: From Discovery to Deployment
Discovery & Mapping
We inventory all systems, map fields, identify ownership, and flag data quality issues before coding begins.
Architecture & Design
We choose sync patterns (real-time vs batch), define error handling, and document every decision in plain English.
Development & Testing
We build in a sandbox, test with anonymized production data, and run failure simulations (API down, duplicates, missing fields).
Deploy & Monitor
We deploy in phases, monitor for 2 weeks, and hand over with dashboards, runbooks, and training.
Every Project Includes
- Data mapping documentation
- Error handling & alerting (Slack/email)
- API limit monitoring & optimization
- Security review (encryption, OAuth, IP whitelisting)
- Monitoring dashboard (integration health)
- 2-hour team walkthrough & knowledge transfer
Ongoing Maintenance: Keeping Your Salesforce Integrations Alive
An integration is never truly "done." Salesforce releases three major updates a year. Connected systems change their APIs. Your business adds new fields, new rules, new exceptions. We offer maintenance so you're not stuck with a broken integration at 5 PM on a Friday.
Proactive Monitoring
We monitor integration health, API usage, and error rates. You get alerts before your sales team notices something is wrong.
API Change Management
When Salesforce or a connected system releases an API update, we test and adjust your integration — so you don't wake up to a fire.
Scaling & Evolution
Adding a new system? New field? Higher volume? We evolve the integration without rebuilding from scratch.
Free Integration Health Check
Not sure if your existing Salesforce integrations are reliable? We'll review your setup for free: API usage, error logs, failure points, and security gaps. No obligation — just an honest assessment and a list of quick wins.
